Rhapsody red T-shirt Quilts is committed to supporting our Clients all while following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
If t-shirts and clothing are dropped off, they are to be left at the front or side door at the agreed-upon time. Acela Troffer, with Rhapsody red, will bring the package indoors and allow 24 hours prior to opening the package. All communication will be via text, phone or email.
If quilts are to be picked up, final payments will be done via Square online and packages will be left outside for pick up.
Some of our suppliers are experiencing COVID-19 related delays, which may impact fabric availability. Specifics can be discussed based on selections made.

T-shirt quilts, memory quilts, and pillows are each made to order, so all sales are final. In the unlikely case of a construction defect, we will happily discuss rework or other arrangements. Client satisfaction is our priority. If there are any defects, please notify us within 30 days of your purchase so we can make it right. After that, all sales are final.
