Styles of Memory Quilts

Standard Selections

There are three patterns to choose from. Additional fabrics required to complete the quilt will be determined after reviewing the clothing to be used. Quilting will be a basic all-over pattern. Rhapsody red will choose the pattern.

Custom Design

(Tap to View)
This option allows the client the freedom to request a custom design, either created by Rhapsody red or provided by the client. Quilting will be as discussed during the design phase. A proposal will be provided once the design is agreed upon. Please use the contact form or call to reach out to me to discuss your request.

Pillows

(Tap to View)
Pillows are 24” x 24” and can be a block or mosaic pattern. The size of the pillow may dictate one or the other. Rhapsody red will choose the pattern. Pillow inserts are included.

RECEIVE Estimate

Receive estimate and instructions on handling clothes

  • You will receive via e-mail an estimate, timeline, and responses to any questions.
  • You will receive instructions on how to mark your clothing and where to send it.
About shirt preparation for your t-shirt quilt

Prepare Your clothing

Follow instructions on handling clothes

  • Wash and dry ALL clothes, especially new red and black clothes.
  • Mend any holes or rips, address stains.
  • Using painter’s tape or other removable tapes such as washi tape, mark all designs you DO WANT to include.
  • Write any special instructions on the tape or safety pin a note on it.
  • If a partial design is to be included, outline the specific portion for inclusion.
About placing your order for your t-shirt quilt

PLACE ORDER

Accept estimate and provide deposit

  • Accept the estimate.
  • A $100 deposit per quilt is required.
  • You will receive confirmation of your order.

PACK & SHIP SHIRTS

Pack and ship your shirts

  • Package your clothing.
  • Include a copy of the order received via e-mail.
  • If you have special requests, include a sketch or instructions.
  • You will receive an e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your package at Rhapsody red.

    Returns and shipping Policy

    T-shirt quilts, memory quilts, and pillows are each made to order, so all sales are final. In the unlikely case of a construction defect, we will happily discuss rework or other arrangements. Client satisfaction is our priority. If there are any defects, please notify us within 30 days of your purchase so we can make it right. After that, all sales are final.

    Shipping
    We ship via UPS. UPS will quote a delivery date and tracking number. It will be passed on to you.
